The four-Season Little Farmgirl Dress

Kids love to play and get dirty, and they grow like dandelions.  Parents love clothes that are easy going and easy to clean, and most importantly, clothes that last. I started sewing these fun dresses when my own daughter was less than two years old, with the idea that she needed clothes that would outlast her growth spurts and not be so fussy that she couldn’t wear them to the playground. These dresses can be layered for wear during all seasons, and this year’s dress becomes next year’s tunic.  So you get a product that endures, in fabric that is natural, fun, and easy to care for.  All dresses are machine washable in cold water, and can be dried in the dryer or on the clothesline.

Size up for maximum use so you have room to layer with a long sleeve tee shirt underneath for fall and winter. Style with leggings or tights and boots. Then by the time spring and summer roll around, the dress will fit perfectly without the extra layers. Then, As she gets taller, the dress becomes a tunic over leggings or jeans.

Tinker Aprons

Let's face it: kids are messy. But we want them to play, explore and create, even if that means their little hands are in mud, paint, slime, or food. So I created the tinker apron (*cue majestic trumpet sounds*) to minimize the amount of creative mess that ends up on clothes.

Made from BPA-free laminated cotton, these aprons wipe clean with a damp washcloth.  Made with ages 2-8 in mind. Keep one at home and one at school for an art smock.  :)

Hosting an art party? Aprons make great party favors! Convo me for special pricing on 5 or more aprons.

Wipe clean. Do not dry clean. Once in a while you can put these in the washing machine in cold water on the gentle cycle. Line dry. If need be, iron on the REVERSE side with medium heat, NOT on the laminated side.

Ruffle Jeans

Ok, so your little farmgirl has grown 2” because you make her eat the veggies you grow in the garden.  Great.  But now, the adorable dress you bought from me last spring at the craft market is a tad bit too short to wear as a dress.  The solution? Wear it as a tunic over these lightweight denim ruffle jeans!  Jeans are my uniform, so I know that they go with everything.  I added a little ruffle to the bottoms of these just for fun, and they look perfect with all the colorful prints I use for the dresses (a-hem…tunics…). Elastic waist. Machine washable and dryable.  100% cotton.

Twirly Skirts

Made from the same fabulous fabrics as my little farmgirl dresses, these skirts will add pops of color and character to any collection of clothes.  Layer over leggings or tights in winter for another four-season wardrobe piece! Elastic waist.  Machine washable and dryable.  100% cotton.
