Join me as we dive deep into using our own two hands in the garden, the kitchen and the studio to explore how to build emotional resilience, rewire our brains for health and happiness and learn new skills to satisfy all of our creative urges.

Your first assignment: (yes, you have work to do!) Go get yourself a new journal and a good pen. Make sure the paper feels good and the ink flows smoothly. You can even sniff the book to make sure it smells good (I know I'm not the only one that does that....) Get one that is portable and not cumbersome, one that opens easily and lays flat. And get ready to write, because I've got some journal prompts coming your way to start you on your adventure. (And by the way, writing by hand will be the first handwork modality we explore because the benefits far outweigh using a keyboard!)
